3. Terms of Service (AGB)
All digital ecosystem design, branding, and performance marketing services rendered by darksignalgroup are subject to our formal commercial terms.
Project Execution & Payments
Project timelines and financial compensation are defined in individual statements of work (SOW). Secure payments are routed via authorized Stripe invoicing links. Work commences upon receipt of initial retainer proportions as stipulated in the contract.
Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of agreed service invoices, intellectual property rights for custom-engineered digital assets, codebases, and brand systems transfer completely to the client.
4. Refund & Cancellation Protocol
Due to the highly specialized, bespoke nature of digital ecosystem architecture and strategic engineering conducted by darksignalgroup:
- Retainer deposits for initiated project phases are non-refundable as they cover immediate strategic resource allocation and architectural planning.
- Cancellations mid-project must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Clients will be billed proportionally for engineering hours completed prior to notice of termination.
- Stripe payment disputes or refund inquiries regarding completed deliverables are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under German commercial law.
